Jake cracked open his eyes in bed, [Name]’s head resting peacefully on his chest, going up and down as he breathed steadily. The comforter they shared was extremely warm, making him feel more relaxed than ever. He rubbed his eyes with his free hand which wasn’t around [Name], trying to wake himself up. He took his glasses from the bed-side table, slipping them on.

He looked outside the window, and saw that there were dark clouds forming in the normally bright skies, a few drops of rain starting to fall down.

As you know I tried something new with using Him's point of view. I hope you liked it. I'm also considering making a prequel where you find out what they did wrong.
